Years of experience combined with a passion for exceptional engineering are the uniting force behind our Leadership Team.
Dan Guirl
Dan has been with GAT for more than 30 years, developing estimating processes and engineering criteria even before his purchase of the company in 1994 from his father, James Guirl who founded the firm in 1958.
He works on leading the company’s various divisions and enjoys developing innovative design solutions for GAT’s customers. Detail toward customer service and support have been a hallmark of the company under his tenure. Dan prioritizes growing the company and making opportunities available for all employees.
Aaron Hughes
Aaron was drawn to GAT more than 15 years ago because of our talent, passion and commitment to manufacturing the best industrial finishing equipment in the industry. He works on the challenges of marketing development, distributor support and the ins and outs of project management.
Scott Crancer
For the past two years, Scott has overseen the financial processes and day-to-day operations of GAT. Scott is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and had previously worked in public practice with an expertise in manufacturing, where he consulted with business owners on tax and financial matters.
